Is there an extra charge to attend the Educational Seminars, or the Keynote?
No, all attendees and exhibitors may attend the educational seminars and keynote.
I want to be a speaker! - How can I be included in your program?
Click here to determine the type of seminar that is appropriate for you and download the proper Proposal Forms. Proposals may be submitted to the Education Manager at proposals@newhope.com
If I forgot to pick up a Buyers' Guide onsite, can I order one after the show?
The Buyers' Guide can be purchased after the show for a price of $75 by calling Customer Service at 1.866.458.4935 or 1.303.390.1776.
Can children attend educational seminars?
Unfortunately, children are not allowed to attend these adult education programs.

What is the address of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) and is there parking at the Expo?
The address of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) is 415 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02210.
There are several parking garages near the convention center. For directions, and maps of area parking and restaurants and other information, please visit the visitor's bureau website at www.bostonusa.com Please note the hours and days open of the specific garages, as some are closed on weekends.
How much does it cost?
Your business type determines attendee fees. For Retailers, Health Practitioners, Wholesalers, Distributors and Brokers within the Natural Products Industry: Registrations received by September 12, 2008- Free Registrations received between September 13 and October 03, 2008 - $25.00 Registration after October 03, 2008 - Onsite - $55.00  For all other business categories within the Industry the fee will be $195.00 by September 12, 2008 and $250.00 after that date. How late can I register and still have my badge sent to me?
For domestic attendees, September 26, 2008 is the deadline for your registration to be entered and mailed. All others will be left at Will Call for pick up in main registration. Exhibitors and International attendees will need to have their badges registered by September 17, 2008 to get them mailed.
How do I change the name on my badge?
If you have received your badge, take the badge to Will Call in the Registration Lobby of the convention center, and you can change the information onsite. If you have not received your badge, call 1-866-458-4935 or 303-390-1776 Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Mountain Standard Time, and we can change the information over the phone. There will be a $10 fee for all badges reprinted onsite.
I just faxed my registration and want to know if you have received it?
If you faxed your registration to 1-708-344-4444 and included a fax number or email address, you will receive confirmation of receipt within 5 business days. Due to the processing time required we cannot provide immediate confirmation of receipt.  If you need additional help with the registration process, call customer service at 1-866-458-4935 or (303) 390-1776, Monday - Friday between 8:30 - 5:30 MST.
How much does it cost?
Retail Buyers, Brokers and Distributors are allowed to register for free through September 12, 2008.  Beginning September 13, 2008, they may register for a fee of $25.00.  Beginning October 04, 2008 the registration fee is $55.00.  Attendees may also register onsite for the $55.00 fee as well.
Is transportation provided to the Expo from my hotel?
Transportation service is provided between many of the area hotels and the Convention Center. For a list of the hotels that offer this service, please click here.
