If you have planned a book signing, booth event or group function (party, reception, hospitality suite, etc.) during the course of Natural Products Expo East or SupplyExpo, please provide the information requested below. We will keep a file of all events in the on-site Show Management Office and Information Booths to direct guests to your function. We reserve the right to edit your copy. Please do not type in ALL CAPS.

Demonstration Policy

Show Management reserves the right to restrict demonstrations which, because of noise, method of operation, materials, or any other reason, become objectionable. The sound level from an exhibitor's booth shall not intrude or violate the rights of any and all adjacent exhibit areas. Sound levels are not permitted to exceed 85 decibels. Sound, to whatever degree possible, should be confined to the exhibitor's booth to avoid spillover and the resulting disturbance in neighboring booths. Neighborly courtesy should be the rule in effect. In the absence of such an agreement between neighbors and surrounding exhibits, Show Management will require those sound systems, live demonstrations or presentations to be turned down. In the event that compliance is not immediate, exhibitors will lose the privilege of sound system use. Any live demonstration including any type of live music or sound MUST be documented and approved by Show Management. Without written consent, Show Management reserves the right to close down the demonstration. (It is not necessary to submit this form if you are only sampling product in your booth.)
